Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please choose your service carefully. Refunds are not provided for change of mind.

For scheduled sessions and readings, at least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours and non-attendance are generally non-refundable.

Personalised recordings, meditations and other custom-created services are generally non-refundable once preparation or creation has commenced.

If With Katrina is unable to provide a purchased service, an appropriate alternative, credit or refund will be offered.

All services are provided subject to the With Katrina Service Agreement, including the applicable cancellation, participation and service conditions.
